Our top priority is always client experience, which is why we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. Having these rules in place allows us to provide you and everyone else an exceptional photoshoot experience. We offer a high touch point service, which means we’re very much involved in your photoshoot before it takes place and long after. We love that we can offer this type of experience to everyone who walks through our doors! Before your photoshoot our team brainstorms and collaborates on how we can bring your vision to life. We create specific sets, purchase additional props and accessories when needed and even train our team on new techniques, all for you! You may not see all the behind the scenes magic that takes place, but know that we are prepping for your big day and thinking about you long before you step in front of our camera.
When a client requests to cancel, our team has already been secured and started to plan out all the details of your photoshoot. When a client requests to reschedule and we’re unable to fill that spot, it has now taken up 2 dates on our calendar that otherwise could have went to someone else with enough notice. If we’re able to fill your rescheduled appointment, it adds additional work and hours to our team in order to deliver each touch point in a reduced time frame.
As much as I love our clients (you guys are seriously the best!), I equally love my team! These fabulous women make all this possible and I respect and value their time. We compensate our team even when we’re not able to fill a last minute cancellation or reschedule and compensate them extra for any additional hours needed to accommodate a reschedule or cancellation request. With all this in mind I hope you understand and respect the importance of our policies.

All custom session fees, mini session fees and Giveaway retainers/deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any pre-payments made towards a collection are also non-refundable and all sales will be FINAL. You can alternatively use your pre-payment as a credit for a la carte items on our menu or towards a future session with Klein Studios (for any genre - boudoir, glam, headshots, branding or family photos). No shows (no communication of cancellation prior to your shoot and not showing up) are subject to a $300 penalty fee. Please note that we do not allow a friend to replace you for your planned photo shoot! If you send a friend without informing us, we will consider it a no show and charge you a $300 penalty.
Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case by case base.

PHOTO SHOOTS:
A $250 fee will be required to schedule a new date. The $250 fee can be used as image credit towards your order.
Reschedules are subject to availability. Please keep in mind we are usually fully booked 1-3 months in advance.
The Reschedule Fee must be paid and a new date chosen within 48 hours otherwise it will be considered a cancellation and the full session fee will be due to schedule a new session date. Rescheduled session dates must be within 4 weeks from the original session date.
If you need to reschedule for a second time and/or your desired reschedule date is more than 6 months out, the full session fee will be required to reserve a new date. Any image credit included in your previous session fee will be carried over.
Example: You booked a special like a $199 session fee or giveaway, you will be required to pay our full session fee to reserve a new date. Our regular session fee is $500 and can be used as additional image credit at your reveal. The Pre-Purchase amount towards our collections (if you have paid any) will be carried over and will not be lost. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
CONSULTATIONS / REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENTS:
A $100 fee will be required to set a new date. Consultations must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your photoshoot date and ordering appointments must be complete within 1-14 days from your photoshoot date. If you cannot complete your ordering appointment within 1-14 days from your photoshoot, a $500 archival fee will be required to store your images. The archival fee can be used as credit towards your order.
