Beginning Your Journey: The Klein Studios Experience

You’re not just booking photos. You’re starting a personal journey designed to help you reconnect with your confidence and celebrate who you are right now. Our goal is to make your session comfortable, uplifting, and tailored completely to you. Learn more about our Boudoir Client Experience.

Getting Started: Vision & Prep

Before your photoshoot, we’ll talk through your ideas, vision, and the type of images that resonate with you. You’ll receive a detailed preparation guide with tips that help you feel ready and excited for your experience.

This early planning makes the session flow naturally and ensures everything aligns with your personal style.

Photoshoot Day: Pampering & Posing

Your photoshoot begins with professional hair and makeup designed to make you feel confident and camera-ready. Once you step into the studio, you’ll be guided through every pose, expression, and angle. You don’t need any experience — the entire process is supportive, relaxed, and centered around helping you feel your best.

The Reveal: Love Your New Perspective

About one to two weeks after your session, you’ll come back for your Image Reveal. This is where you see your finished gallery for the first time. You can choose your favorite images and transform them into artwork such as albums or wall pieces.

Many clients describe this as the most empowering moment of the entire experience.

Let’s Get You Ready: Your Stress-Free Preparation Checklist

We want you to keep everything simple and focus on being excited! This is just a helpful checklist, so don’t stress over it.

What to Wear for Your Boudoir Photoshoot

We encourage you to choose outfits that feel authentic to who you are. You can bring your own pieces or use recommendations from our prep guide. Think about:

  • Cozy sweaters
  • A crisp white shirt
  • Lingerie sets
  • Silk robes
  • Tailored jackets
  • Jeans or personal pieces that feel meaningful

Most clients bring three to four options, which gives flexibility and variety during the session.

Simple Self-Care: What to Do Before your Boudoir Session

Let’s clear up any confusion! You want to arrive feeling your best, so here are a few simple tips for self care before your session.

  • Shower and Exfoliate: A light exfoliation helps your skin look smooth and radiant.
  • Moisturize: Don’t skip the moisturizer! It helps your skin look amazing on camera.
  • Hair Prep: Please come to the studio with clean, dry hair. This allows our Hair and Makeup Artist to work their magic right away!
  • Curly Hair: Curly Hair Care: If you have curly hair, you know your specific routine is key! While we ask you to arrive with clean, dry hair, we can discuss your styling needs during your prep consultation. If you need special products applied wet, it’s typically best to do that before you arrive, ensuring the curls are dry by the time you get to the studio.

Will you help me with posing?

Absolutely! The number one thing we hear is, “I don’t know how to pose.” You don’t have to! Our expert photographers are exceptional at guiding you through every pose, ensuring you look flattering, confident, and beautiful in front of the lens.
